FLC Center for Municipal Research Fall Research Symposium

Wednesday, November 13

8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Embassy Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista South

Water quality is one of the most important environmental concerns facing Florida. In this interactive symposium, a diverse panel of state, regional and local government water experts will review the current state of water affairs in Florida. In addition to a general overview, they will discuss available funding; past, current and future projects to protect this limited resource; and successful collaborative initiatives their agencies have been involved in. This event offers an excellent opportunity for attendees to hear from and interact with experts whose mission is to continue to improve water quality in the state or a specific region.

This research symposium is designed for city administrators, municipal water professionals, elected leaders and our university research partners. The event is free for League members and research partners, but pre-registration is required.
